5. AI-generated content and professional verification

Prodion.ai provides AI-assisted technology and decision-support tools. All platform outputs — including quantities, bills of quantities, cost information, estimates, reports, forecasts and document analyses — are generated to assist professional review and must be verified by a qualified professional before reliance.

Prodion.ai does not replace the professional judgement, statutory responsibilities or contractual obligations of a registered or appropriately qualified professional. Users remain responsible for reviewing and validating platform outputs before relying on them for tenders, contracts, procurement, certification, construction, valuation, payment or other professional purposes.

AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions or interpretations requiring professional review.

6. User-provided data

You retain ownership of the data, documents and project information you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Prodion.ai a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the platform services. You warrant that you have the right to upload and process the content you provide.

7. Third-party services and intellectual property

The platform may reference or integrate with third-party services, standards or organisations. References to professional bodies, industry standards, contractual frameworks or regulatory organisations are provided solely to identify relevant industry practices or interoperability contexts.
